Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tumors confirmed by pathology or cytology; 2. Patients with moderate to severe cancer pain assessed by NRS; 3. No intellectual or mental disorders, normal language expression ability, ability to judge their own pain and general conditions, and can cooperate to evaluate pain and quality of life content; 4. No analgesics or sedatives were used within 4 hours before enrollment, and no sustained-release analgesics were used within 12 hours; 5. The expected survival is at least 3 months; 6. No serious disorders in blood routine, heart, liver and kidney function; 7. The coagulation function is basically normal; 8. Aged 18 and 80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients allergic to Ailitong and Oxycontin; 2. Pregnant and lactating patients; 3. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy affect patients; 4. Treatment is not the author; 5. Patients who are too weak to tolerate cancer pain treatment.
