Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-st-segment elevation acute coronary syndromes (unstable angina or NSTEMI) requiring early (48 hours) coronary angiography.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-st-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome in high-risk patients with emergency coronary angiography indications, left ventricular ejection fraction is less than 30%.
