18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single pregnant women who plan to register in our hospital, have regular birth check-up and give birth; 2. Aged 18-40 years; 3. 8-12 weeks of pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, hepatitis, nephritis, digestive tract diseases, infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases and endocrine diseases; 2. Patients who stay in bed and preserve fetuses; 3. Patients who take drugs that may affect intestinal microbiota.
