Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged >18 years, admitted to ICU with sepsis and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HIV, solid or hematological malignancies, rheumatoid arthritis, tuberculosis, neutropenia; 2. Use corticosteroids greater than 1 mg/kg prednisone, immunosuppressants, and essential thrombocytopenia; 3. Patients who died within 24 hours after admission to ICU.
