Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 1 month to 4 years, weight: 3kg-20kg; 2. ASA grade I-II, selected congenital tethered cord release; 3. The guardian agrees to the study and signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative examination showed pulmonary and thoracic malformations; 2. Previous history of intrathoracic surgery, abnormal heart and lung function; 3. Recent acute respiratory diseases.
