18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged 18-70 years; 2. Patients diagnosed with benign or malignant lung tumors who are expected to undergo single-hole thoracoscopic surgery without surgical contraindications; 3. ASA grade I-?; 4. All surgical patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of opioid allergy or abuse; 2. Allergic patients with ropivacaine or methylprednisolone; 3. Patients with chronic pain, long-term or ongoing use of analgesic drugs; 4. Long-term or current users of hormones; 5. Patients who cannot understand the meaning of pain score; 6. Preoperative and intraoperative decisions were made to bring the patients back to ICU after surgery.
