50 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 50 years; 2. Mechanical ventilation time >=96h; 3. Implement SBT when the mechanical ventilation withdrawal standard is met.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous diaphragmatic dysfunction or injury; 2. Patients with kidney disease; 3. Muscular dystrophy disease and neuromuscular disease; 4. End-stage diseases.
