Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select our hospital from 2022.4-2024.5, the emergency outpatient department with suspected sepsis, aged 18-85 years old. Suspected sepsis was defined as infection + SOFA = 1 or qSOFA >= 2 or NEWS score >= 4.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients and their families refuse to use antibiotics; 2. Patients who are required to be discharged automatically; 3. Patients with advanced tumors or patients who died in the emergency department.
