Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for COPD patients in the 2021 Global Strategy for the Diagnosis, Management and Prevention of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; 2. GOLD stage II (moderate) and Stage III (severe) patients (FEV1/FVC < 70%, 30% <= FEV1 percentage of expected value < 80%); 3. No mental illness, no communication barrier patients; 4. No physical or limb dysfunction; 5. Able to understand written and spoken language; 6. Patients and their families give informed consent and actively cooperate with exercise training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude the history of acute exacerbation of COPD in the past 6 weeks; 2. Exclude other severe respiratory diseases (such as asthma, tuberculosis, bullae, pulmonary hypertension, severe pneumonia, etc.); 3. Exclude the existence of comorbidities that affect activities (such as severe heart disease, nervous system disease, etc.); 4. Exclude recent operations; 5. Exclude those with thoracoabdominal trauma and thoracic drainage.
