18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The high myopia group indicated diopter > 600 or ocular axis > 26 mm, while the control group indicated diopter < 100 or ocular axis < 26 mm; 2. Intraocular pressure < 21 mmHg; 3. No other eye diseases affecting vision.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-high myopia; 2. Preoperative opacity of the refractive interstitium is obvious, affecting fundus examination; 3. History of eye surgery (except refractive surgery); 4. Combined with glaucoma, macular degeneration, retinal detachment, etc. that affect vision; 5. Female patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding or of childbearing age during the study period; 6. Those who cannot be reviewed regularly or do not cooperate with the review; 7. Those with incomplete clinical data; 8. Poor compliance.
