60 Years to 110 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients older than or equal to 60 years old; 2. Patients with a score of 1 or more on the Frail scale; 3. Patients who are informed and agree to the content of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders or communication disorders; 2. Patients allergic to dexmedetomidine and its components; 3. Patients with serious dysfunction of vital organs and unable to tolerate surgery; 4. Patients undergoing emergency surgery.
