Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Positive 13C urea breath test (13C-UBT), gastric cancer ruled out by gastroscopy; 2. No previous treatment for Helicobacter pylori; 3. Age 18-70 years (including 18 and 70 years).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who have been treated for Helicobacter pylori before; 2. Those who have taken antibiotics, proton pump inhibitors, H2 receptor antagonists, bismuth preparations and certain antibacterial drugs 4 weeks before enrollment; 3. Patients with a history of major gastrointestinal surgery or bleeding, perforation, obstruction, cancer and other complications; 4. Patients with relevant drug allergy history or contraindications; 5. Patients with other serious diseases; 6. The researchers of this trial.
