Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients undergoing elective general anesthesia for non-cardiac surgery, the estimated operation time is 1.5-3 hours; 2. Use neostigmine to antagonize non-depolarizing muscle relaxants after surgery; 3. Age 18-65 years, male or female; 4. ASA grade I-II; 5. Patients with a BMI value of 18.5-23.9 kg/m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart and lung, liver and kidney, central nervous system and peripheral nervous system diseases; 2. Those with a history of allergy to anticholinergic drugs; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Those who are using anticholinergic drugs.
