Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 55-75 years, male or female, right-handed; 2. Chief complaint of cognitive decline, or cognitive decline reported by insiders; 3. The overall cognitive examination is normal: Montreal cognitive assessment scale Chinese version (MOCA): > 19 (primary school and below), > 22 (secondary school), > 24 (college); Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) > 24 (high school education), > 20 (primary), > 17 (illiterate); 4. Education level above elementary school, no visual, auditory or intellectual impairment, language barrier, can answer and fill in the questionnaire smoothly; 5. Not taking psychotropic drugs that affect cognition before and during the entire treatment process; 6. The patient himself and (or) his family members signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other neurological diseases that can lead to cognitive decline other than suspected early Alzheimer's disease: such as Parkinson's disease, vascular dementia, Huntington's disease, positive pressure hydrocephalus, and brain tumors; 2. Other systemic diseases that can cause cognitive decline: such as Hashimoto's encephalopathy, metabolic encephalopathy and anemia; 3. There are pacemakers, aneurysm clips, artificial heart valves, ear implants, metal fragments in the body; foreign objects in the eyes, skin or body; 4. Have a history of severe depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other mental illnesses; 5. A history of alcohol or drug abuse/addiction within the past two years; 6. Any other systemic diseases or uncertain conditions make it impossible to complete the project; 7. Received acupuncture treatment in the past 1 month.
