Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All extremely premature infants with gestational age < 32 weeks and birth weight < 1500 g were delivered in our hospital during the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with chromosome aberration; 2. Children with congenital malformations; 3. Children with genetic metabolic disorders; 4. Pregnant women have chronic infectious diseases; 5. Those who do not sign informed consent.
