Interventions

Group 1 :Mechanical ventilation with100% oxygen
Group 2:Anesthesia induction with 100% oxygen and mechanical ventilation with 25% to 40% oxygen after skin incision
Group 3:Mechanical ventilation with 60%-80% oxygen
Group 4:Anesthesia induction with 60%-80% oxygen and mechanical ventilation with 25% to 40% oxygen after skin incision

45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coronary artery disease who underwent isolated off-pump CABG for the first time as planned; 2. 2-4 coronary artery disease or left main artery disease; 3. ASA classification II-III; 4. Age 45-75 years, both male and female; 5. Body weight 55-90 kg, and BMI 18.5-28 kg/m2; 6. The subjects are conscious and willing to participate in this clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute coronary syndrome; 2. Right-to-left shunt heart disease; 3. Significantly abnormal liver and kidney function; 4. Pulmonary diseases (such as COPD or preoperative oxygen partial pressure <= 65 mmHg in the state of breathing air); 5. Left bundle branch block, second or third degree atrioventricular block; 6. One-lung ventilation is required during the operation; 7. Peripheral arterial occlusive disease; 8. Preoperative Hb <= 110 g/L; 9. Diabetes treated with insulin or oral medication; 10. Past history of drug dependence or mental illness.
