Thoracic anesthesia

Interventions

Control 1:General anesthesia under double-lumen endotracheal intubation was used.
Group 2:General anesthesia under spontaneous breathing was used, and opioids were used during the surgery.
Group 3:General anesthesia under spontaneous breathing was used, and opioids were not used during the surgery.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old; 2. ASA classification I to III; 3. Elective thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are infectious lesions in the lungs, and there are more secretions in the airway, or there are symptoms of hemoptysis; 2. The surgical steps are complicated and time-consuming (more than 5 h); 3. Tumor diameter > 6 cm, abnormal tracheal anatomy or lesions involving the bronchi; 4. Difficult airway; 5. Hematological diseases or coagulation disorders, hypovolemia; 6. Poorly controlled hypertension or cardiopulmonary insufficiency; 7. History of lobectomy or partial lung resection; 8. Extensive pleural adhesions; 9. Nervous system diseases; 10. Obese (body mass index > 30 kg/m2).
