Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Able to communicate effectively, willing to cooperate with research work, willing to accept multiple interviews and questionnaires; 2. Have experienced psychological stress events without serious complications, and have not received psychosedative drugs in the past six months; no history of alcohol and drug abuse; 3. No other major stress events occurred in the past and no obvious physical disease abnormalities; 4. Clinical registered nurse; 5. Working experience of 1 year or above; 6. Volunteer for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe anxiety and depression symptoms after psychological stress, unable to recall the stress situation; 2. Patients with PTSD, depression and other diseases that cannot be treated; 3. Patients taking sick maternity leave or personal leave during the intervention period; 4. Nurses who also participated in other clinical psychological intervention studies.
