Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who intend to undergo ultrasound-guided nerve block; 2. Unlimited gender; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgical and trauma history of local collection site; 2. Ultrasound couplant allergy.
