Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For primary or recurrent soft tissue sarcoma in the abdomen and pelvic cavity, it is expected that direct R1/R2 surgery is more likely. After multidisciplinary ward round discussion, radiotherapy is required. 2. If there are multiple lesions, multiple lesions can be safely grouped in the same radiotherapy target area; 3. Age >= 18 years; 4. ECOG: 0-2 score, ASA = 2.5 x 10^9 cells/L, PLT >= 75, TBIL = 50 ml/min (Cockcroft-Gault formula), and partial renal function imaging showed contralateral kidney function; 10. Female patients of childbearing age or male patients whose sexual partner is a female of childbearing age should take effective contraceptive measures during the whole treatment period and 6 months after the last medication; 11. Sign informed consent; 12. Follow-up is available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had other complications: active bleeding, ulcers, intestinal perforation, intestinal obstruction, uncontrolled hypertension, Grade ?-? cardiac insufficiency (NYHA standard), severe hepatorenal insufficiency (grade ?), mesenteric ischemia, severe inflammatory bowel disease, etc.; 2. Other pathological types: gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST), sarcomatoid carcinoma, other chemotherapy-oriented sarcomas such as rhabdomyosarcoma and PNET, desmomatosis, benign tumors; 3. The liver, pancreatic head, abdominal aorta and so on are expected to be inoperable; 4. Previous history of radiotherapy at the same site; 5. Combined distant metastasis (M1) (complete examination within 4 weeks); 6. Patients with other serious medical complications, unable to undergo surgery or participate in the study; 7. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy is planned; 8. Chemotherapy or other drugs were used within 4 weeks.
