Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient had hyperplasia and hypertrophy of Waldeyer's ring; 2. Severe malformations of oral respiration combined with cranial and maxillofacial conditions, such as Class II; 3. Severe malformations of oral respiration combined with cranial and maxillofacial conditions, such as Class III; 4. Adenoid hypertrophy or hyperplasia confirmed by fibrolaryngoscopy; 5. Oral breathing or combined snoring or polysomnography for diagnosis of sleep disordered breathing; 6. The patient and family agreed to join the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Does not cooperate with treatment; 2. Patients with routine treatment are unwilling to join the study; 3. Patient has other systemic diseases; 4. The patient is unable to cooperate with the termination of orthodontic treatment during the correction process.
