Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Patient eligibility for Robotic hemihepatectomy and Open hemihepatectomy; 3. Space occupying lesions in the left or right liver are suitable for left/right hemihepatectomy; 4. Child Pugh class A or B liver function; 5. The postoperative pathological type was HCC and the tumor size was 5-10 cm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy; 2. History of major abdominal surgery; 3. Multiple organ resection requirements (additional surgical resection of surrounding solid organs); 4. At the same time, other parts of the liver were removed, such as caudate hepatectomy; 5. Preoperative chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy in patients with HCC.
