Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years and age <= 80 years, able to read and write Chinese; 2. Loose stool and diarrhea caused by spleen deficiency, loss of appetite, restless sleep at night. (Xingpi Capsule is suitable for the crowd); 3. Meet the IBS Rome III diagnostic criteria; 4. Have not used any IBS drug for at least 2 weeks before treatment (except for emergency treatment); 5. Agree to participate in this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Taking medicine for loose stools and diarrhea, loss of appetite, restless sleep at night; 2. Those who are receiving physical therapy such as acupuncture and massage; 3. Pregnant and lactating patients; 4. Those who have related symptoms due to brain diseases, tumors, etc.; those who have been diagnosed with mental illness or mental illness.
