18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. ASA grade II-III; 3. Patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery in the Trendelenburg position (head down to feet up 30 degrees, pneumoperitoneum pressure 12).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has a history of severe respiratory diseases before operation; 2. History of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute lung injury, acute respiratory distress syndrome or severe restrictive lung disease within 3 months before surgery; 3. Surgery and mechanical ventilation 2 weeks before operation; 4. History of chest surgery; 5. Preoperative lung ultrasound showed atelectasis; 6. High-risk patients with ARISCAT score greater than or equal to 45 points; or FEV1/FVC 30 kg/m2; 9. Participate in other relevant clinical trials and refuse.
