18 Years to 81 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with gastric cancer by preoperative gastroscopy and pathology; 2. Chest and abdominal CT showed no liver or lung metastasis; 3. Patients with stage I-III TNM staging according to the 2021 National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) Gastric Cancer Clinical Practice Guidelines; 4. Age >= 18 years and <= 81 years; 5. Non-emergency surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of gastric surgery; 2. Patients who received preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 3. Patients with severe mental illness; 4. Patients with other malignant tumors; 5. Patients with severe autoimmune diseases; 6. Patients receiving long-term glucocorticoid therapy before surgery; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
