Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the 2022 ADA standards for diabetes diagnosis and treatment; 2. Aged between 18 and 75 years; 3. Agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of eye trauma, keratopathy or corneal laser treatment, and contact lens wearers; 2. Complicated with serious or unstable diseases, such as but not limited to acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, and mental abnormalities; 3. Complicated with malignant tumors, especially affecting calcium and phosphorus metabolism, such as lung cancer and kidney cancer; 4. Vitamin B12 deficiency (vitamin B12 < 148 pmol/L), familial hereditary peripheral neuropathy, or the presence of systemic diseases that researchers believe may potentially affect corneal evaluation; 5. Patients who are unable to cooperate and/or unwilling to understand and follow the treatment plan; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; female patients of childbearing age had fertility requirements during the study; in other cases, patients deemed to be at risk are not suitable for follow-up study.
