Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Selected cardiac surgery patients aged 18-85 years who are scheduled to receive general anesthesia in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University from January to June 2022; 2. No history of smoking, drinking and drug abuse; 3. No obvious respiratory diseases, such as pneumonia, lung tumor, pleural effusion, pulmonary embolism, etc.; 4. Preoperative pulmonary function examination and/or arterial blood gas analysis showed no obvious abnormality; 5. No obvious abnormality of platelet and coagulation function; 6. The operation time should be controlled within 5-6h.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery patients; 2. Patients with acute infection before surgery; 3. SpO2 < 90% under air breathing or < 95% under oxygen inhalation before surgery; 4. Patients undergoing other types of surgery or changing surgical plans; 5. Patients with mental illness; 6. Patients requiring cardiopulmonary bypass; 7. Patients requiring thoracotomy; 8. Patients with a history of major diseases such as cerebrovascular diseases that may cause respiratory dysfunction.
