18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All met the diagnostic criteria of stroke; 2. The first onset of stroke diagnosed by cranial CT or MRI; 3. The course of disease was within 6 months; 4. Age 18 to 80 years; 5. Accompanied by moderate and severe upper limb and hand dysfunction (Brunnstrom = Level 2; 8. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are not out of danger and whose vital signs are not stable; 2. Those with obvious visual impairment and unilateral neglect impairment; 3. Mental illness or cognitive impairment detected by MMSE; 4. Unable to cooperate with examination and treatment; 5. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 6. Complete sensory deficit disorder; 7. Severe spasticity in any joint (modified Ashworth >= 3); 8. Recent upper limb fracture, severe arthritis, joint replacement and other factors affecting upper limb function; 9. Patients or family members cannot sign informed consent and cannot cooperate to adhere to treatment.
