Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years; 2. Patients undergoing elective spinal surgery under general anesthesia; 3. ASA classification I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative chronic pain or hyperalgesia; 2. Known allergy to cisatracurium or neostigmine; 3. Unable to communicate normally: hearing impairment, language comprehension impairment, mental illness, etc.; 4. History of spine surgery; 5. BMI >= 35 kg/m2; 6. Cancer patients; 7. Chronic infection patients; 8. Presence of neuromuscular disorders that may interfere with data collection; 9. Peripheral neuropathy caused by diabetes; 10. Long-term use of analgesics; 11. History of alcohol or drug abuse.
