Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those aged 18-45 years, male or female; 2. Regular diet, not addicted to smoking and alcohol, no tea and coffee within 24 hours, normal sleep, and moderate body shape; 3. Have not received cranial acupuncture and head physical factor therapy in the past 1 month; 4. Right-handedness (judgment of handedness by applying the handedness judgment standard of the Neurology Department of the First Hospital of Beijing Medical University); 5. Those who signed the informed consent and voluntarily accepted the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drinking water experiment of depression field > Level 1; history of stroke; 2. Sensory aphasia/mixed aphasia, or a history of claustrophobia, dementia and other mental illness, affecting the communication and operator during the experiment; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; metal substances in the body (such as heart stents); 4. Patients with cerebral vascular pathological variation; 5. Patients with other cardiovascular, kidney and liver diseases and tumors, which affect the test results; 6. Patients with a history of hypertension or diabetes or thyroid disease.
