Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic TTH; 2. There were no contraindications of fMRI, such as no metal implants, no claustrophobia, no involuntary movement, etc; 3. No organic diseases of brain and normal functions of the heart, liver and kidney; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons younger than 18 years old or older than 65 years old, pregnant or lactating women,; 2. Cerebral arteriosclerosis and hypertension, headache caused by pericranial diseases, mixed headache, such as vascular headache; 3. People who are using opioid analgesics, antipsychotic drugs or ergotamine, alcoholics or other drugs abuse; 4. Patients with severe primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and mental illness.
