Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 1~7 years old and weighing 10~26 kg; 2. ASA I-II; 3. Unilateral DDH orthopedic surgery was performed under selective general anesthesia; 4. The family members of the children sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with contraindications of sacral canal block/pericapsular nerve block of hip joint, such as abnormal neuropsychiatric system, infection or deformity of puncture site, local anesthetic allergy, abnormal coagulation function, etc. 2. Sacral canal closure; 3. Allergies to the drugs used in this test; 4. Complicated with serious systemic diseases; 5. Simultaneous operation of other parts.
