Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective total knee arthroplasty in our hospital, regardless of gender, aged 65 years and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindication of nerve block; 2. History of local anesthetic allergy; 3. Long-term application of analgesic drugs; 4. Unable to understand VAS pain score and cooperate to complete the evaluation,
