Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients with liver cirrhosis treated in the third people's Hospital of Zhenjiang City from February 2022 to February 2027 1. No age limit, no sex limit; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of hepatitis B infection (records show that HBsAg is positive for more than 6 months, or confirmed by liver biopsy); 3. The diagnosis of liver cirrhosis conforms to the diagnostic criteria of the guidelines for the Prevention and treatment of chronic Hepatitis B (2019 Edition) of the Hepatology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the infection Branch of Chinese Medical Association; 4. Patients with liver nodules found by ultrasound, CT, and MRI.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dropout and missing patients; 2. Patients with mental disorders complicated with other major diseases; 3. Patients clinically diagnosed as liver cancer; 4. Liver cirrhosis patients with other liver diseases such as other viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver disease, etc.
