Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis was peritoneal carcinoma; 2. ASA 1-3, patients with cytoreductive surgery combined with peritoneal hyperthermia chemotherapy under general anesthesia; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 4. The chemotherapy regimen was cisplatin 120mg+ mitomycin 20mg, lasting 1 hour; 5. Informed consent to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Coagulation dysfunction, arterial puncture, central venous catheterization contraindications; Radial artery puncture cannot be performed; 2. Patients who had myocardial infarctions within 3 months before surgery, or currently complicated with heart failure, severe valvular heart disease, arrhythmia; 3. Patients with severe renal insufficiency, creatinine 442ummol/l, or renal dialysis; 4. The Child-pugh rating is GRADE C.
