Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet IAD diagnostic standards and grading requirements; 2. Meet the definition of urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, urinary and fecal incontinence, and diarrhea; 3. Admission time >=24h; 4. Informed consent of patients or family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stress injury or old stress injury; 2. Patients with skin diseases affecting the perineum and other parts of the skin observation; 3. Patients who are in critical condition, have unstable hemodynamics or cannot turn over and observe the skin under medical advice; 4. Those who are mentally abnormal and unable to cooperate with the inspection.
