Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 or older, regardless of gender; 2. The operative method was the transnasal sphenoidal approach; 3. Head MRI scan or pituitary MRI enhanced scan, pathological confirmation; 4. The patient's cognitive and communication skills were normal and she could complete the relevant questionnaire; 5. Informed consent and willingness to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has undergone various operations through transnasal sphenoidal approach in the past; 2. There are patients with intracranial infection and other recent infectious diseases; 3. Radiation and chemotherapy patients, autoimmune diseases; 4. Allergic to chlorhexidine, iodine, alcohol, or severe allergic constitution; 5. Patients with paranasal sinusitis and nasal infection; 6. Unable to cooperate due to intelligence or mental condition.
