Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of hepatitis B infection (records show that HBsAg is positive for more than 6 months, or confirmed by liver biopsy); 2. Liver function index represented by ALT is normal; 3. Liver pathology: G < 2 ; S < 2; 4. There are no clinical symptoms or signs related to hepatitis B.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dropped out and lost; 2. Those with abnormal liver function represented by ALT or clinical symptoms and signs related to hepatitis B during follow-up; 3. Complicated with malignant tumors and HIV infection; 4. Complicated with other liver diseases such as viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, drug-induced liver disease, etc. 5. Clinical diagnosis of liver failure or decompensation of liver cirrhosis (grade Child-PughB, C, serious complications such as esophageal and gastric varices bleeding, hepatic encephalopathy, ascites and so on); 6. Clinical diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma or diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma or serum alpha-fetoprotein > 100 ug/L.
