Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with postpartum hemorrhage, including vaginal delivery and cesarean section patients (bleeding volume> 1000ml).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal placenta structure or function (placenta previa, low placenta, abruption of placenta, placenta accreta, etc.); 2. Women with uterine malformations; 3. Patients with coagulopathy; 4. Other factors that cause postpartum hemorrhage (such as Improper fetal position, advanced age, etc.).
