Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine and Western medicine for knee osteoarthritis; 2. The age ranges from 50 to 75 years, including 50 and 75 years; 3. Those who volunteer to conduct clinical trials and sign informed consent; 4. If patients have received other treatments, the washout period should be more than 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with metabolic, infectious, congenital, traumatic and other secondary knee diseases; 2. Patients with stroke, muscular atrophy, lower limb nerve injury and other diseases that damage lower limb muscle, nerve and bone; 3. Local skin temperature is high, skin damage, ulceration, local infection and other patients do not adapt to the operation; 4. Pregnant or lactation patients; 5. Patients with sulfa allergy or allergic constitution; 6. Patients with serious heart and lung diseases, hypertension, mental diseases, mental disorders and difficult to cooperate; 7. Long-term oral treatment of knee osteoarthritis drugs, in the drug effect period, failed to elute; 8. Patients who could not cooperate with the study or did not agree to participate in the study or were participating in other clinical research trials; 9. Patients with vascular diseases such as lower limb arterial occlusion or varicose veins.
