Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with non-syndromic cleft lip and palate; 2. The diagnosis was unilateral complete alveolar cleft with or without cleft palate; 3. Older than 12 years old, the fangs had erupted, there were obvious steps in the bone segment on both sides of the fracture, and the width of the alveolar process fracture was less than 10mm; 4. No preoperative orthodontic treatment was performed; 5. Maxillary osteotomy was not performed; 6. The patient's legal guardian voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other physical deformity or congenital disease.
