Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar internal fixation surgery under general anesthesia, no gender limitation, older than 60 years old, ASA grade II - III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete cognitive function assessment due to deafness, blindness and other conditions; 2. Have a history of drug or alcohol abuse; 3. A history of taking benzodiazepines and antidepressants one week before surgery; 4. A second operation is planned within seven days of the operation; 5. Previous psychiatric disorders (schizophrenia, depression, etc.); 6. A history of malignant tumors; 7. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
