18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Over 18 years and under 65 years old; 2. With PTSD symptoms defined as a score>=31 on the Posttraumatic Stress Disorder Checklist-5; 3. Be able to understand the questionnaire independently; 4. Have a mobile communication equipment with Internet access; 5. Taking psychotropic medication with stably dose for at least 2 months, and medication will not change during the follow-up period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious cognitive impairment; 2. Difficult to cooperate with the questionnaire and intervention; 3. Imminent risk of suicide; 4. Currently in medical or psychological therapy or other clinical trials.
