Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 to 75 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, confirmed by coronary angiography and PCI; 3. Those who did not participate in other clinical trials within 3 months; 4. Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute myocardial infarction or patients requiring coronary artery bypass grafting; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, new severe arrhythmia or ECG changes, serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, which affect the quality of life; 3. Patients with severe mental illness and consciousness disorder; 4. Those with physical activity disorders such as musculoskeletal system, impaired motor function and disability; Relative or absolute contraindications of rehabilitation exercise such as decreased blood pressure during exercise; The risk stratification results of cardiac rehabilitation in patients with coronary heart disease were high-risk patients.
