Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No less than 3+ AVR was detected by echocardiography, and the patient was therefore received operation; 2. More than 1 year history of long-standing AF; 3. Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)>50%; 4. Left atrial diameter>40mm; 5. Normal Left ventricular end contractile diameter (23~35mm).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary valvular lesions, such as Rheumatic or degenerative changes; 2. Severe CHD(meet PCI or CABG indications); 3. Preoperative echocardiography showed abnormal systolic activity of the ventricular wall; 4. History of other serious arrhythmias or other structural heart diseases; 5. Previous cardiovascular surgery (including interventions like pacemaker implantation, not including failed transcatheter ablation of AF); 6. Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, or other serious diseases that may lead to poor prognosis, as determined by the investigator.
