Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient over 65 years old who are ready for elective abdominal surgeries; 2. Physical classsificaton of American Society of Anesthesiologists is between I~III; 3. Hospital stay >= 5 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Can't cooperate with scale assessment; 2. Have a history of cardiac or nervous surgeries; 3. Have a life expectancy of less than 3 months; 4. Deny to be recruited; 5. Have severe inflammation before the surgery.
