Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis of the American Rheumatology Society; 2. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of knee joint trauma or surgery; 2. Ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, reactive arthritis, psoriatic arthritis or severe visceral diseases, severe metabolic disorders and bone tumors; 3. Those who have received contrast agents, immunosuppressants, corticosteroids, systemic therapy or tumor patients before the test; 4. Contraindications of MRI examination.
