35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.35-75 years (including the critical value) patients undergoing robotic prostatectomy; 2. Patients voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with conscious and cognitive impairment before operation; 2. Patients who are full of stomach who are not strictly forbidden to drink and fast before operation, or who are complicated with digestive system diseases such as intragastric hypertension, intestinal obstruction, perforation and necrosis; 3. Patients with BMI > 40 kg/m2 and obesity hypoventilation syndrome or obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS); 4. Can not tolerate long-term fixed body position, such as patients with spondylitis and arthritis; 5. Suffering from the following diseases: hypertension grade 3 or above, NYHA? grade II or above heart disease, systemic or important organ infection, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, etc.; 6. Patients with severe pneumonia, pulmonary bullae, pneumothorax and lung injury before operation; 7. Other patients with systemic organ dysfunction or infection.
