Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of CNSNP (refer to The Diagnosis and Treatment of Non specific Neck Pain and Whiplash published in 2007); 2. 18-60 years; 3. Have independent neck and shoulder muscle pain, VAS pain score = 3 points, neck stiffness, with limited activity and other symptoms; 4. Physical examination showed signs of neck muscle tension or bands, local tenderness, and limited range of motion to varying degrees, but both upper limbs had no symptoms of cervical nerve root compression and no herniation of cervical intervertebral disc was detected by imaging; 5. Neck and shoulder pain occurred continuously or accumulatively for at least 3 months in the past year, and occurred in the past month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Neck pain (intervertebral disc herniation, nerve root syndrome, whiplash pain, spinal congenital malformation, spinal stenosis and tumor), inflammatory rheumatic disease, active tumor disease, emotional disorder, addiction and psychosis caused by specific reasons; 2. It does not include patients who are pregnant or have undergone invasive spinal treatment in the past 4 weeks or have undergone spinal surgery in the past 12 months; 3. Patients with physical disability, yoga practice and yoga or Pilates practice in the past 12 weeks were excluded; 4. Patients who started new neck pain treatment in the previous month or planned to start new treatment in the next 9 weeks were excluded.
