Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Congenital heart disease with or without pulmonary hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Right to left coronary heart disease and congenital heart and pulmonary vascular malformation; 2. Before operation; 3. Oral/nasal corticosteroids or antibiotics 4 weeks before registration; 4. Preterm infants and test tube infants; 5. Use immunosuppressive drugs; 6. Oral or pulmonary infection occurred 4 weeks before enrollment.
